The Perfect Lunch! (and sometimes dinner)
A charcuterie plate, to be very french about it, is my favorite thing to have for lunch or dinner (without the pickles I’ll sometimes make it breakfast too!). Essentially a sampler plate of whatever little deliciousness you have in the fridge. This is perfect when you don’t want to think about what to make.
Some bread, a little salami, cold aspargus, a tomato/basil salad, a slice or two of swiss cheese and a few tiny, tiny tarragon cornichons. A dab of country Dijon and your easy euro lunch is done!
