Huge amounts of these nasty river critters are boiled up with potatoes and corn on the cob and enthusiasticly and messily wolfed down in the Louisiana heat. There was LOTS of fried food and even a mudbug eating contest which my friend Devon placed second in. Personally, give me fried green tomatos over crawfish any day. I love southern food but can only choke down about three crawfish before I get sleeved out by their little legs and claws.
