Heat Wave Frizee Salad! It is waaaay too hot for anything other than a delicious salad and this is a favorite. I only do a slight tweak on the classic French version. I toss theĀ curly endive with olive oil, lemon, a dash of sweet rice wine vinegar, bacon crumbles and a handfull of halved grape tomatoes. Put a pair of poached eggs on top and you have simple refreshing light lunch or dinner.
